Lisa Singer

Lisa Singer is a specialist in Investment Sales as well as Commercial and Retail Real Estate with HaysVentures LLC. She has an extensive knowledge of Manhattan and its neighborhoods and assists clients in identifing potential investments. She grew up in Stamford, CT and Palm Beach, FL and moved to New York City in the early 1990s. She has lived in numerous areas of Manhattan which allows her inside knowledge of each area.

Prior to joining HaysVentures LLC, Lisa worked for Halstead, a residential real estate firm where she specialized in apartment rentals & sales in the New York market. Lisa also works as a casting director for various television programs. Notable credits include Queer Eye for the Straight Guy and The Bachelor and The Bachelorette for ABC. Lisa's success as a casting director provides her with a unique background and the ability to successfully match investors, developers and sellers. She is detail-oriented and truly listens and communicates with her clients.

Lisa has been an athlete competing in tennis since the age of seven and is also a certified aerobics instructor teaching at the Sports Club LA, Reebok and Equinox clubs. She has traveled extensively and is involved with several charities. Lisa received her Bachelor of Science from Boston University.
